3 appointments so far with this dentist and very happy with this service. So glad I went here. (Only thing I'd say is I noticed they provide silver amalgam fillings which are highly dangerous and should be avoided at all costs) But in my experience, very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Both my husband and I have had no problems at all - Gentle and attentive Dentist and friendly staff.
To find local GP & doctors surgeries for Local doctors surgeries for Dudley and DY3 2PD. You can not only see all sorts of things about GP surgeries which you might find really useful (including whether they are accepting new patients or not!) Crucially you can also enter a medical condition and see where it can be treated near Dudley and get general guidelines as to how long you might be in hospital for say a hip replacement. Each hospital is different. You might find this either worrying or comforting!

5 Star is for the medical care I have received but NOT the secretary staff. They can be abrasive and intrusive. Sometimes it seems like they believe they run the surgery and have absolute rights to know about personal situations. Once I was told by a doctor to submit a sample for testing and the secretary refused at first to take it even AFTER I told her the doctor literally just told them to take it, they seem to feel they know better. A good staff shakeup and removal of the few intrusive secretaries who feel they are qualified to over-ride a doctors instructions would make a massive difference. You cannot sum up the surgery by experience as a whole, the doctors are fantastic. The other staff however are not.
love the drs and nurses, the have been good to me.

Having recently returned home after an unexpected stay in hospital, I was very pleased to find the doctors and staff at Bath street had already arranged follow on tests to continue and confirm my diagnosis, so that I could move as soon as possible on to a treatment plan. An appointment was made to see the Doctor who was very informative, helpful and efficient. Staff at Bath street are always approachable and friendly. The medical staff are very skilled, and always have the latest update information about illness and treatment, always offering timely life style advice The building is clean and tidy with lots of good advice leaflets available in the waiting room. In these times of cut backs and stretched resources, staff do their very best to accommodate the needs of all their patients. Well done Bath street and thank you

I'm currently preparing for my first Ironman and a hip injury resulted in me being able to not run at all. Regular sessions with Stacey has meant that we've been able to rectify the problem in a matter of weeks and I am now as fit and healthy as I've ever been! Stacy delivers expert help, guidance and is extremely conscientious. She genuinely cares for all her clients. Thank you.
Very conscientious and knowledgeable. Was able to vastly improve a chronic back problem within 3 sessions. Stacey goes the extra mile and even gave me a personalised exercise plan

Penn Rd, Wolverhampton WV4 5HN, UK – 01902 444141
I stayed at Penn Hospital when it was Juniper Ward for women back in March 2011. The staff were friendly and helpful. It seemed a scary place at first. I soon got better and i was given a care plan and even a little celebration with a few other patients ready for my departure. I couldn't wait to go back to my family but had i not been bought in i may not be alive today. I love my therapy courses that i have through the outpatient complex care team. They are extremely helpful. The only fault i have with the service is the Crisis Team and i am not the only patient to complain. You are advised to just relax and listen to music, etc when you are telling them you don't feel sound minded and twice now my husband has found me attempting to take my own life and the crisis team just weren't interested. They expected my husband to care for me which just isn't on as he isn't qualified or paid to do the job the crisis team should be doing. Even a social worker called after i was found with a ligature but because i was alive and with her and my husband they didn't feel i needed their service (which is a disgrace). I never call the crisis team now because i feel patronized and many patients feel this way. That may be why suicide is on the rise because many don't reach out because they feel they are just an inconvienience. We have been told there are no beds on many occasions. You practically have to beg to be sectioned in order to be safe and it wasnt like that before. My Dr is amazing i can't thank him enough for his support. I just feel the crisis team let mental health services down and that's a shame.
Having moved from a previous dreadful Trust, the team at Penn Hospital have been amazing. As an inpatient, the staff offered me support and empathy. The women's ward was nicely decorated - a small thing that made being there less scary. I've had several years of outpatient support from the Complex care team and they've helped me to start to put my life back together. My CPN is literally a life saver! Yes, services aren't perfect but the staff are caring and work wonders with such limited funds.
St James House, Trinity Rd, Dudley DY1 1JB, UK – 01384 211168
Amazing service. Brilliant staff, therapists and counsellors. So kind and caring. As soon as you walk into the counselling studios in Dudley, you feel at ease. I had problems with my eating disorder and they really helped me. Can't thank them enough. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks so much. You helped turn my life around.
The AOC have offered me great support, understanding and patience in order to help. They continue to provide a professional and invaluable service that can be designed to your own needs and circumstances
Malthouse Dr, Dudley DY1 2BY, UK – 01384 252729
Very hit/miss if you get to speak to someone. If you are persistent you can usually get a routine appointment within a few days. Forget 48hrs if it's not an emergency. But then if it's an emergency you'll be seen quicker at a&e! Instead of putting your effort into being seen here, try self medicating and putting your effort into staying healthy....it's the austerity way!
